Return eligibility
Items should be unused, complete and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Items damaged through misuse may not be eligible.
Starting a return
Email treelume@contact.com with your order number and reason for return before sending anything. We will provide the appropriate instructions.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us promptly with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after inspection. Bank processing times vary. Original shipping costs may be non-refundable where permitted by law.
